The journey started with a dream to create the perfect pizza dough, and launch it for the local market.
The founder started his culinary travels across the span of 2 years – learning, researching, tasting and perfecting the visionary dough recipe for Dubai.
He worked with several culinary experts, one based in Naples, another based in Rome, one based in New York and lastly, one in Dubai. Together with the 4 chefs, the founder experimented with the knowledge that he gained throughout this developmental journey.
And finally, the culinary result was Pull Me Pizzeria.
